Our company is dedicated to providing innovative and quality geotechnical solutions and have been for over 22 years. We specialize in deep foundation and foundation system design and construction, and consistently provide the most cost effective and efficient services to our clients.
WHAT WE DO
Our services range from the installation of Helical Piles, STELCOR DDM piles and Hollow bar piles for new foundations, SOE (support of excavation) walls, retaining walls, docks and elevated walkways, and underpinning. CMI also provides load testing services and load testing beam rentals, and the sale and installation of our structural slab system Geo-Joist.
