Inaccessible by land? No problem.
Our excellent deep foundation services are no longer restricted by places equipment can reach on land. With a couple of barges at our disposal, CMI can now complete projects on the Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes from the water. We offer a variety of piling services and deep foundation options for marine structures, as well as design and installation of both fixed and floating docks.
Deep Foundations for Marine structures
Deep foundations for boathouses, docks, and boardwalks as well as other marine structures can all be installed by CMI. Helical piles and other deep foundations outlast other piling types, such as timber piles, in the elements and can be installed efficiently with minimal disturbance to the environment.
